1. When will I get my order?

We aim to fulfill orders within 3–7 days. Once processed, shipping times vary based on your location:

  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Note: These are estimated shipping times and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or holidays.

2. Where will my order ship from?

We partner with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities located worldwide. Your order will be shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address, when possible.

3. Will I be charged customs for my order?

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are determined by your local customs authority. Unfortunately, we cannot control these fees. Please check with your local customs office to understand any potential charges.

Note: Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges.

4. My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps before contacting us:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email to ensure there are no mistakes in your delivery address.
  • Contact your local post office to see if they are holding the package.
  • Check with your neighbors to see if the courier left the package with them.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We strive to deliver to as many countries as possible. However, we currently cannot ship to the following countries due to logistical or regulatory restrictions:

  • Sudan
  • Syria
  • Ukraine (specific regions: Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk)

These restrictions are primarily due to international sanctions, conflicts, or shipping regulations. We encourage you to contact us for alternative solutions if you reside in one of these regions. Please note that this list may change as global situations evolve.

6. Incorrect Address or Lost Package

If you believe the shipping address was correct and the package hasn’t arrived, please contact us at info@hoodlumco.com. with your order number.

  • If there was a mistake in your delivery address, we can resend your order, but the cost of shipping will be your responsibility.
